Latest banksy artwork New Banksy artwork appears on a west London building.
Latest banksy artwork : Latest banksy artwork, Banksy, a British street artist, has claimed credit for a new piece of art that surfaced on a wall in West London overnight.
The sculpture, spray painted on a wall in Kew Green, Richmond, has a black stencil of a goat perched on a ledge with pebbles falling down. A CCTV camera is positioned nearby, sometimes pointing at the boulders cascading down.
The elusive inventor, whose identity is unknown, shared a photograph of the piece on Instagram, like he has done with prior works. It was displayed without a caption, probably to encourage personal interpretations of what the latest piece of their characteristic stencil art graffiti represents.
Many individuals posted their own guesses in the comments.
Some speculated that it may relate to recent social upheaval in the country and individuals they blamed, or that it might depict ‘the human race on the cliff, of the edge of extinction.’
Others said that the surveillance camera may represent individuals standing back and observing while the subject of the piece (the goat) was in danger, which could be related to a variety of contemporary crises, conflicts, and human rights concerns throughout the world.
The latest Banksy artwork has already attracted a large number of observers who have stopped on the street to enjoy it.
In June, Banksy received fire from then-Home Secretary James Cleverly for crowdsurfing at Glastonbury when indie punk band Idles and rapper Little Simz performed. Cleverly described it as “vile” and trivialised the difficulty of tiny boats crossing.
In response, Banksy posted on Instagram: “The Homeland Security termed my Glastonbury boat ‘vile and unacceptable,’ which seemed a little over the top. On Monday night, the MV Louise Michael, which I support, rescued 17 unaccompanied children from the central Mediterranean.
As punishment, the Italian authorities held it, which I find disgusting and reprehensible.”
The artist’s most recent painted piece in London was installed at Finsbury Park in March. Green paint was sprayed on the exterior of a building to resemble the leaves of a genuine, badly clipped tree standing a few metres in front of it.
When viewed from certain angles, the green paint aligns with the tree’s bare branches, representing its leaves. The art comprises a Banksy-style stencil of a guy holding a spraying apparatus and leaking green paint.
Some have stated that the art is meant as a statement with an environmental message, alluding to people’ effect on nature.
