Carlisle artist to unveil new artwork at railway station

Carlisle-based artist Carlo Castelvecchi will unveil his latest commissioned work at Carlisle railway station this weekend (Sunday, November 2).

The work will be unveiled on platform four at the station.

An unveiling event will take place at 12pm at the Station Hotel.

Writing on social media, Carlo said: “I’ve spent the last few weeks working on this commission.

“It’s a celebration of Carlisle, and it’s destined for platform four in Carlisle railway station.

“The launch is 12pm at the Station hotel. November 2.”
