Marsh taps Aon talent to expand in fine arts market
Global broker Marsh has nabbed an Aon senior executive to lead a new practice at Marsh McLennan Agency and expand its capabilities in the fine arts market.
Anne Rappa will join the company as fine arts and specie leader. In this newly created role, Rappa will be responsible for developing and delivering solutions that protect valuables.
Based in New York, Rappa will work closely with Marsh McLennan Agency and Marsh teams in both the US and London to expand and deliver solutions to individuals, museums, universities, art galleries and others with private collections.
Rappa joins Marsh McLennan Agency from Aon’s Huntington T. Block Insurance Agency, a fine arts insurance broker, where she was most recently a senior vice president. She was previously a senior fine art insurance specialist at Marsh & McLennan companies before her departure in 2004. Rappa has nearly 30 years of experience in the fine arts insurance field representing museum, commercial, private, and corporate collection risks.

Anne is an outstanding client advocate whose passion for and understanding of the fine arts market make her the perfect fit to lead this new practice for Marsh McLennan Agency and expand our capabilities and resources in the fine arts space.”
