Flying in from America, Mr Perez will open his new exhibition at Clarendon Fine Art in Chester on Friday, June 14, from 6pm to 8pm.
His exhibition will showcase original paintings as well as signed limited editions across selected galleries nationwide.
The president of the Academy of Italian Artists, Carmela Russo, applauded Mr Perez’s talent, saying: “Fabian Perez is a contemporary artist destined to leave his footprints in his own lifetime, like few artists in the world.”
His new collection, ‘Noches De Flamenco,’ which vividly displays Mr Perez’s narrative flair, will also be launched at the event.
Guests who buy an original painting at the event will be granted the chance to enter an exclusive prize draw, with a unique opportunity of having their portrait painted by Mr Perez himself.
The artist has a distinctive approach to his work, and he has said: “My paintings are my way of telling a story, a story of those things that take place after hours.
“I paint the texture not only of the subject and the object but also of the atmosphere, and of the night itself.
“I paint the colour of a mood, giving the viewer a sense of more than I could ever tell them with words.”
Mr Perez is renowned globally for his distinct blend of sensuality and machismo and a narrative style greatly influenced by his study of the old masters.
He is known for his portraits of ‘Living Legends,’ a list of famous faces he especially admires, including Al Pacino, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Rafael Nadal, Pep Guardiola, Quincy Jones, Ringo Starr and even Pope Francis.
Remarkably, Pope Francis has a Mr Perez portrait hanging in his private apartments, after personally inviting Mr Perez to meet him at the Vatican.
Throughout his accomplished career, Mr Perez has published four collector’s books, the latest of which is Neo-Emotionalism: A New Era, launched at Althorp, the seat of the Spencer family.
Mr Perez’s first British aristocratic commission was a portrait of The Countess Spencer.
His work now sits alongside portraits of the Earl and his sister, the late Princess Diana in the family’s private collection.
Mr Perez’s work has been promoted through Clarendon Fine Art in the UK for more than a decade.
Over that time, the demand for and value of his work has observed a symmetrical rise.
