Dozens of artists will create art in the woods this weekend

June 6, 2024 One Min Read

Ever watched dozens of artists create at the same time in the woods? The 4th Annual 2024 Plein Air Art Walk at Mohonk Preserve this weekend offers just such a unique opportunity. The “inspirational project connecting land, art and community” is free and features over twenty artists. Each piece of art will be created at Mohonk Preserve’s Testimonial Gateway Trailhead in New Paltz. When completed, the art will be photographed, on display and available for online bidding at the Mohonk Preserve Visitor Center in Gardiner until the end of June. Proceeds from the auction will benefit participating artists, Mohonk Preserve and Roost Arts Hudson Valley.
