The CACE Gallery of Fine Art announces its Juried Holiday Art Show and Sale, featuring a collection of artwork created by local artists. The exhibit will be on display through Dec. 19, at the CACE Gallery of Fine Art, located at 300 Main St. in Fort Morgan. The CACE Gallery is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The CACE Juried Holiday Art Show and Sale is a festive celebration of art, community, and the spirit of giving. The show offers a wide range of affordable and unique holiday gift ideas, including notecards, magnets, and small matted prints. Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind gifts that capture the essence of the season.
An Artists Reception will take place at the CACE Gallery of Fine Art on Dec. 4, from 4 to 6 p.m. This event is a great opportunity to meet and interact with the talented artists behind the creations and gain insight into their creative processes and inspirations.
“The CACE Juried Holiday Art Show and Sale is a fantastic way to showcase the amazing creativity of our local artists,” said Suzanna Spears, CACE Coordinator. “It’s also a great chance for the community to discover unique holiday gifts that bring the season’s spirit to life, all while supporting local talent.”

• Class of 2026 Christmas Concert Chili Supper: 5-6:30 p.m., Dec. 4 in the Weldon Valley Cafeteria before the concert. Call the office to RSVP. $10 per person for all ages. Dinner will include a bowl of chili, a cinnamon roll and a drink. A Christmas Music Program will follow the dinner.
• Annual Fort Morgan Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade: 6 p.m., Dec. 4. “Christmas Through the Decades.” The parade begins at the corner of Main Street and E. Bijou Ave.
• Brush Holiday Open House: 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Dec. 5 at the Bank of Colorado in Brush. Join us for a Holiday Open House in Brush filled with festive food, cheerful vibes, and amazing giveaways! Let’s toast to the season, connect, and celebrate together. Come for the fun, stay for the holiday magic!
• Visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus: 2:30-4:30 p.m., Dec. 5 at the Brush Bank of Colorado. Enjoy cookies and hot cocoa, and don’t forget to snap a photo with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
• Brush Christmas Tree Lighting: 4-6 p.m., Dec. 5 on Clayton Street in downtown Brush. While you are there, enjoy some warm beverages, cookies and s’mores by the fire pits. Local businesses will be hosting Christmas-themed activities, there will be caroling and live music, a business decor contest and a visit from Santa. The Sands Theatre will be hosting a free holiday movie after the Christmas Tree Lighting.
• Chess Club: 10 a.m.-12 p.m., Dec. 6. Hosted by Knight’s Outpost at Books on Main, 302 Main Street in Fort Morgan. Newcomers and beginners are welcome. Friendly game – time or untimed.
• Gingerbread House Decorating: 2-3:30 p.m., Dec. 6 at the Fort Morgan Fieldhouse, 1239 E. Kiowa Ave in Fort Morgan. Bring your creativity, your holiday spirit, and maybe a little bit of frosting skill. Decorate your own gingerbread house. Enjoy treats, laughs, and warm Christmas vibes. Perfect for families, friends, or anyone ready to get festive. Free activity, but registration is required. Let’s kick off the holiday season together — one gumdrop at a time!
• Santa Paws 2025: Dec. 6 at Viaero Wireless, 100 E. Platte Ave in Fort Morgan. Register for your time slot or find registration information on the Fort Morgan Humane Society’s Facebook page. Bring your furry friends for festive fun, photos, and holiday cheer, all to support the animals at our shelter.
• Wiggins FCCLA Holiday Craft Show: 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Dec. 6 at 415 Main St., Wiggins. Vendors will showcase a wide variety of handmade goods, including ornaments, holiday decorations, knitted items, woodwork, baked goods, jewelry, and more. Meet up with friends and family to find unique and amazing gifts.

• Holiday Remembrance Service: 2 p.m., Dec. 7 at the Fort Morgan United Methodist Church, 527 State Street in Fort Morgan, presented by Heer Mortuary & Crematory. The holidays can be an especially difficult time for many people who have lost someone they loved. The Staff at Heer Mortuary will be partnering with the United Methodist Church to offer you and your family a chance to remember and celebrate those you have loved and lost.
