2025 Earth Partner Prize: Artists Fostering Climate Awareness

November 21, 2025 One Min Read

Earth Partner, Art Partner’s sustainability division, in collaboration with the Global Environment Facility (GEF) announced the winners of the 2025 Earth Partner Prize, the contest that invited artists aged 14-30 to submit artwork investigating climate and the environment from different perspectives to create awareness and action ahead the the United Nations Climate Change Conference 2025 (UNFCCC COP 30) that took place from November 10 to November 21, 2025.

The artists who submitted their works, coming from over 110 countries, sparked conversations spanning from eco-anxiety to community transformation, from rethinking waste to the juxtaposition of devastation and hope. The body of work, collected in a virtual exhibition powered by Voyager360, showcases various works mirroring Earth Partner’s focus on global voices, often missing or being underrepresented from both artistic and climatic conversations, ‘showcasing imaginative voices from communities whose experiences are vital to understanding and addressing environmental challenges,’ as underlined by GEF CEO and Chairperson Carlos Manuel Rodríguez.

This edition’s winner are Apah Benson, Abandokht Tohidi Moghadam, Kyaw Zay Yar Lin, Yi Song, Ruby Okoro, Igor Furtado and Labō Young, Andreu Esteban Sebastiá, and Tianxiao Wang. This year, thanks to the partnership with the Global Environment Facility (GEF), a selection of their works was showcased at the Climate Funds pavilion at the COP in Belém, Brazil.
