What is the difference between Fine art and Applied art and which is easier to learn?

Fine art can be thought of as the one that has always sparked debates, conversations, arguments, criticisms, and appreciations. It is just an ‘Art’. There is no use of that art, there is no practical purpose for it to serve, nothing on those lines.
Fine arts are done for the aesthetics and the conversation, not for having a purpose or use. Paintings, sculptures, murals, frescoes, etc, all come under the category of fine art. Fine arts artists create things of beauty, experience, culture, and more.
