Spy x Family Reveals New Anime Artwork for Upcoming Deluxe Physical Release
Spy x Family’s award-winning film installment, Spy x Family Code: White, will soon be receiving a physical release featuring brand-new artwork, as revealed in an official sneak peek. The deluxe Spy x Family Code: White DVD and Blu-ray edition will be available for purchase in Japan starting July 31.
The official Spy x Family X (formerly Twiter) account released a post on June 12 revealing the new Spy x Family Code: White’s DVD and Blu-ray jacket, which features the new artwork. The cover art places the iconic Forger family in the same pose as the original movie poster but adjusts the background to include rainbow splatter versions of some of the film’s most crucial turning point settings, such as Loid and Yor’s Ferris wheel ride, the site of the last meremere serving, “Rubbles & Bonds,” and the train in which Anya consumes the forbidden chocolate.

Spy x Family Code: White’s Deluxe DVD and Blu-ray Release Will Include Several Bonuses
The post also announced that the upcoming deluxe DVD and Blu-ray release will include several bonuses, including a visual commentary and a booklet which, per the official Spy x Family website, includes interviews between Spy x Family Code: White director Takashi Katagiri, chief animation director Kyoji Asano, and the voice actors for Loid (Takuya Eguchi), Yor (Saori Hayami), Anya (Atsumi Tanezaki) and Bond (Kenichiro Matsuda). Along with original drawings of some of the film’s most iconic scenes, a special sticker, postcard and video bonus will also be included in the deluxe package.
Spy x Family Code: White is a standalone film in the hit Spy x Family franchise, which follows the hilarious mishaps (and the occasional miracle) of the Forger family. The unlikely group consists of an undercover spy playing a father, Loid (aka Twilight), a secret assassin for a mother, Yor (aka the Thorn Princess), their adoptive daughter who’s privately telepathic, Anya, and their precognitive pup, Bond. The four were pieced together by Twilight in an attempt to complete his mission to ensure peace between two enemy nations, all of which involves Anya attending an extremely competitive prep school.
