Joey Lawrence Signs With Defining Artists

EXCLUSIVE: Joey Lawrence, known best for his roles as Joey Russo on the hit ’90s series Blossom and as Joe Longo in Melissa and Joey, has signed with Defining Artists for representation.

A former child actor, Lawrence’s first major film role came in the cult comedy film Summer Rental opposite John Candy. More recently he appeared in a multi-episode arc on Hawaii Five-O and also starred alongside his real-life brothers Matthew and Andrew Lawrence in the 2021 rom-com Mistletoe Mixup. Also known for his music career, his 1993 single “Nothin’ My Love Can’t Fix” peaked at No. 19 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Lawrence currently hosts the Brotherly Love podcast with brothers Matthew and Andrew, with whom he also is writing The Lawrence Brothers Detective Agency graphic novel, slated to launch in 2026.

He’ll next be seen starring alongside Beverly D’Angelo, Brittany Curran and Courtney D’Angelo in The Heart Brake, from director Lance Smith.

In addition to Defining Artists, Lawrence is managed by Luber Roklin Entertainment.
