Artist’s Heartwarming Gesture Toward Waiter Goes Viral

Social media contains a wide collection of content that caters to a variety of interests. Some of these videos are alarming, while others are well-loved and a great way to brighten your day. 

Who is the artist who made a waiter smile?

Among other content makers, an artist named Akash Selvarasu has repeatedly surfaced on the internet for his unique approach of spreading love and thinking about people who serve others. 

A new video has recently surfaced in which the artist uses his sketching skills to make a waiter happy.

The video posted on Instagram begins with the camera focusing on an employee working at a restaurant while wearing a hairnet. Akash then proceeds to sketch the man’s portrait, paying close attention to detail. 

When Akash finishes the pen sketch, he hands it to the man, who is visibly shocked and happy. The waiter constantly complimented Akash on the wonderful present, and the video shows him sharing the snapshot with his coworkers, who all admire the artist.

How did people on the internet react? 

The video has received over 13.2 million views, and fans have poured admiration on the humanitarian act. Rohit Sharma’s wife, Ritika Sajdeh, was among the first to leave a comment under the article. She chose a slew of teary-eyed emoticons to share her thoughts on the kind gift. 

According to one user, “His smile will last for a reason.” Someone else said, “I think nobody make him feel special in his life but you did” 

A person praised the artist, stating, “It’s because of people like you that our world becomes a better place…I saw God on that man’s face when you handed him the drawing.” “God bless you with all his might.” Another said, “It’s always the little things and gestures that matter the most.”
